Querl Dox : Have you ever considered putting your grief into tiny boxes?
Nia Nal : That doesn't sound very healthy.

Nia Nal : I would love to join your family someday. But I'm just not ready to train right now.

Alex Danvers : It's like the creature extracted his heart perfectly. There's minimal tissue damage. There's no blood loss. It's like it cauterized itself.
Querl Dox : A sophisticated killing. Much like its ship, which presented as solid rock. Also, what's interesting is this creature's shed skin suggests that it underwent some sort of metamorphosis quickly after arrival, which I do find comforting. I would much rather face that anything snake-like, which I do have a deep phobia about. As any rational being would.
Alex Danvers : You hate snakes?

Querl Dox : I'm working on it.

Querl Dox : I am 85% focused, which is the equivalent to a very capable CSI team. Now, I just have one other matter of importance to take care of, and once I do, I guarantee you 100% of my mind. Colonel Lauren Haley : Two more victims were just discovered. They lived in a mansion a mile from where that pod landed. Same exact cause of death. We need to find whatever killed these people before we have a panic on our hands.
