If you don't take your shot of insuline you will be high in sugar and you won't be low in sugar. That's pretty basic I think. Overall a good episode with good music but it has to be realistic in my view.

Virgin River Season 1 Episode 7
Review : This episode is good enough and in this case some new flats have been opened and some old information has been traced by the writers and directors.
Acting : Everyone has performed well enough.
Direction : Detector has tried his best and he has succeeded.
Story : The writers wrote the story well enough and it was important for us to know that there was something really found in this story. 0The writers have written this whole episode of his story in a romantic and emotional way and it has been liked by us as a viewer.
Dialogue : A few have been used in enough emotional dialogue and the director has given enough importance to the use of dialogue.
Background Score : A fairly good background score has been used and the episode has a high standard of sound quality which makes the episode look and sound sweet.
Soundtrack : A lot of soundtracks have been used in this episode, since a party scene has been shown in this episode, so many shots have been observed using the beautiful soundtrack.
Cinematography : In terms of cinematography, I would say that the camera work is very good and the beautiful scenes of the shrimp are unprecedented.
Editing : Good enough.
Lighting : Fairly Good.
Overall Episode : Judging by all, I gave this episode nine stars out of ten.

The character Letty fainted and was diagnosed with low blood sugar as she has Diabetes, and was told that she needed to take here insulin regulary..
The whole thing is just so wrong.. If you got diabets you have usually high blood sugar, and you take the insulin to get it down.. So if she didnt take here insulin shot here blood sugar would be high not low.. however she was treated with the right stuff, sugar.. so thats the only reason I give a 3 star rating..
