- TriviaEpisode 505 is titled "Tunnel Vision." According to the show's technical advisors, the negative side of tunnel vision is when a cop gets fixated on the idea of a suspect's guilt and views all evidence through that lens, excluding anything that runs contrary to that theory. This is what Christina Henry (Bianca Kajlich) does in terms of Bosch, making assumptions that he's guilty. The personal ax she has to grind in effect makes her guilty of doing what she accuses the cops of doing years ago. Her tunnel vision is more emotional.
- GoofsWhen Bosch visits Borders in prison, a staff member calls for a "guard detail" over the intercom. Corrections officers would not be referred to as "guards" in that context.
- Quotes
Jun Park: But couldn't you accomplish even more as mayor?
Irvin Irving: Does that ever happen in the real world?
Jun Park: Maybe not. I think it's a common delusion. When opportunity knocks, I like to peek out the window before I decide either to open the door or pretend I'm not home.
Irvin Irving: I've peeked. Not home.

Halfway There
Harry continues to delve into the evidence that supposedly releases a horror of horrors back into society. As he looks into boxes that contain information about the original crime, he begins to smell a rat. He also meets with the rapist/slash murderer who threatens him. Of course, our guy doesn't bow to anyone. The drug business takes a break for the time being.
