Sex & Nudity

  • * In episode 3, in the 22:57 minute woman in the bathtub, we see a few of chest from the back side as she rises.
  • Season 3 - the TV-MA rating states there are scenes of sexual violence, but nothing of this nature exists in the Netflix version I watched.
  • Season 3 - it is implied that a man and woman spend the night having sex, but nothing is shown after the initial kisses.
  • Season 1: Anibal put his hands on his wife breast. We cant see bare breast but it can be surprising
  • Lots of strong sexual innuendo, ranging from obvious flirtations to subtle references to threesomes and other activities.

Violence & Gore

  • Season 3 - a military ship bombs another ship. Nothing explicit shown.
  • Season 3 - a stabbing with glimpses of blood.
  • People are shown being brutally struck with objects, hanging by the neck, and with bloody wounds. A woman is thrown from the ship. Sexual violence is visible, rape is insinuated. Some yelling and screaming.

Profanity

  • Season 3 - none whatsoever. (No idea why profanity is listed as a reason for a TV-MA rating.)

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Characters are seen drinking and/or smoking.
  • Season 3 - a few cocktails and cigarettes. It's implied that someone's tea is spiked to cause hallucinations.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • There are a few rape scenes that may be triggering.
  • Season 3 - brief mention of torture in a concentration camp. Nothing explicit discussed.
  • Season 3 - a corpse with cuts and wounds is shown on an examining table. Very brief.
