The plot thickens

Whatif continues to hold interest solely due to the interesting and evolving storylines. The acting is pretty bland and the cinematography average.

No suspense. Everything is obvious with no surprises. Oh, let's add gay sex that adds ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to the episode. Looks like the writers and casting are checking boxes on "How to make an average movie in Hollywood and make enough money to break even.

Too much graphic lovemaking and too poor a script here. They're going to slowly explain how evil Renee's character truly is, but the writing and directing aren't getting that across. It feels too Lifetime right now.
