This film serves better on a theater stage. It is a classic theater piece put together for the big screen.

It's like a theater piece, maybe actually it is, and it's trying to be something like 'His Girl Friday'. But it's not even remotely comparable. On the other hand, it doesn't deserve 1 star rating, like in some other reviews. It has it's moments. But only moments.

Knowing most of the actors and having recently read a review I decided to give it a look. Well, apart Massimo Ghini , Ricky Memphis and the beautiful MarTina Stella, the movie is a total disaster. Bad acting, poor dialogues, and the worst screenplay. I wonder how people think about doing this kind of movies ! complete nonsense. The 2 stars are for Stella acting in 2 pieces :)

The old fashioned plot involves a couple of married Italian politicians, Giulia and Franco, who plan to betray their respective spouses during a "working weekend" in Budapest.

Two thirds of the story take place in the suite of a 5 stars hotel, which is a clear sign of a movie made on the cheap side. The plot includes stale cliches, such as hiding in the wardrobe and jealous husbands barging in.

Martina Stella (Giulia), a curvaceous fake blonde, her mane flowing, plays her part tottering around in black lingerie and high heels, in the worst Italian tradition of sexy comedies. Ghini (Franco), used to be a sexy boy, but in the movie looks grizzled and old enough to be her father.

It is hard to believe this is a movie made in 2018, as the occasional references to the current political situation remind us. The three women in the story are all fake blondes, who spend most of their on-screen time half naked; the men are stereotype Italians: sleazy, cheating liars, mama boys and petty criminals.

For a comedy, do not expect much laughters, because all this has been done much better and many times before.

This film leaves you with a total sense of emptiness. The plot is non existing, dialogues which should be the funny part of the comedy result in a disaster. What a shame.

An embarrassing movie that want be satirical but result is just ridiculous. How can a director like Marco Risi and a producer like Andrea Occhipinti produce something so cheap?

It tries to be a new netflix kind of 'cinepanettone' (xmas italian comedy) but it is really worse. You just see some girls half naked for the most of the time and no funny jokes. I'm so sorry for Massimo Ghini because I really like him as actor and person. If i could give 0 stars, i'd have.

The most boring comedy ever!! The most of the film is filmed in a hotel room. Sooooo Borinnnggg

Maybe because I visited Budapest and recognized a lot of the scenery. The plot keeps getting funnier and funnier. I liked it. Surprised to see so many others didn't.

Don't believe the extreme negative reviews. This is actually an entertaining and funny film. The acting and script are surprisingly good. You need to watch it in Italian with English subtitles. The Italian to English translation is wonderful and conveys the humor very well. It made me laugh out loud multiple times, and is a great lighthearted way to spend a holiday afternoon. I do enjoy Italian cinema, and some of the actors were familiar to me. The humor is reminiscent of "weekend at Bernie's". I really do not understand the multiple negative reviews giving one star rating - it is far from boring!

This movie is a total disaster. There's nothing to save here, the actors are terrible, the plot keeps getting worse and worse and it's just plain absurd, a very bad take on practical humor. This is a disgrace to Italian Cinema.

This movie has the feel of comedy old fashioned classics. It feels different from other cliché Christmas movies, because of the script, language, acting and locations. Very european indeed. Not too much about Christmas though, but enjoyable.

Great commedy (vaudevile) which goes in the same category of limitless houmour as the french commedy 'Pere Noel est une ordure'.

Learning italian, I have tried to watch some italian movies in Netflix. They were mostly average level with no particular interest. Even the ones with good ranking were mostly boring and comedies unfunny.

Luckily I didn't check the ranking of this one.

From the 1st minute it is engaging, has fast rythm and it is a just 1h30m movie which is ideal for comedies.

I don't understand the negative reviews. Some prudish puritanists reviewers have been inexplicably offended by a couple of women in underwear, when in other successful shows there is full nudity and gratuitus sex all the time. One of them has rated No time to die and Edward Scissorhands with 1, so you can guess the kind of mentality and taste.

I have probably seen something similar in theater, but it works fine as a movie. I didn't like the 5min at the end, but other than that it was great.
