Continuing my marathon and another wonderful episode. The intern solved the case and deserves a promotion. It's incredible how quickly the episodes (except the first episode) of this miniseries go by and it's so fun and wonderful to watch. The jabs, the jokes, the discussions and the general interactions of these two investigators are wonderful, I want a series of long seasons just for them. Marie's decline is surreal, all due to her adoptive mothers and the incompetence of the investigators in her case. She lost friends, credibility, housing, work (she kind of quit but she was feeling bad there). Episode five watched on March 13, 2024.

What I find most frightening in this miniseries are the comments from certain religious people both on IMDB and YouTube who felt offended by Toni Collette's character's speech.
What I understand in all of this and about these people is that they feel more bad when They talk bad about their gods, but when it comes to rape, it's fine with them, and that disgusts me in so many ways.
When you feel offended by this, you transform your gods into weak, spoiled beings who want everyone's attention and to be loved by everyone, and that's not what I learned.
Long live the intern, you're going to have to get a promotion and receive an intern as a gift.
