In most cases, shoes with varied and deeper characters require a few episodes to really hit their strides. Sex Education has been mildly amusing up until now. After three episodes or so it shifted from first to second gear. In this episode it shifted from second to third to fourth gear completely unexpectedly. The characters and writing showed far more depth, and surprise. I hope they can keep it up.

Warning: Spoilers
This episode highlighted various intricacies of interpersonal relationship.
I love how this show explores these relationships with a non-cringe, engaging way.
- Maeve being lowkey jealous for Otis
- Otis screwing up things with Ola
- Adam being a layered character and obviously envying the father son connection that Eric has
- Jean and Olas father relationship - Jean kinda stepping away from too much intimacy because she is scared as well.
I love how this show explores these relationships with a non-cringe, engaging way.

Warning: Spoilers
I hate what's happening with Eric and my heart breaks when I think off all those people who had gone trough some kind of abuse because they are different.
And Shawn, don't like him.
I really liked Jackson, but now not so much. And Eric's dance outfit...fabulous, make up too!
