- A judge and a lawyer accept bribes, fix cases and cheat their clients all in America, the "Land of the Free," with one of the world's shadiest, most treacherous, and crooked legal systems. But, then, one crime boss takes his vengeance.
- Handsome and distinguished attorney, Bobby Warner, is waiting for his client. Honorable Judge Paul Meyers and Bobby make eye contact, and we can see they have an understanding and a history. Bobby and the Honorable Judge Meyers have a system for dismissing cases that pay well. These two have learned how to make money illegally under the legal system. Bobby handles embezzlers, money launderers, and high-tech scam artists as his wealthiest clients, including restaurant and bar owner Big Tony Tissone. Big Tony keeps Bobby on his payroll to make problems for him and his friends disappear. Judge Myers warns Bobby of the danger of dealing with Big Tony. Bobby ignores the warning because the money is good and is in two deep. Tonya believes his friends are expendable. After being double-crossed, he decides that one friend and the client of Bobby's is no longer useful. Bobby is now left holding a bail debt he is extremely anxious to get out of. An old client of Bobby's, Bill Jackson, emerges with a lucrative request. Bill shows up at the office with a Federal Criminal Fraud Action against him due to an illegal mutual fund from which he embezzled hundred and forty-four million. He promises that Bobby will get a sizable piece of that if he can get Bill out of this jam. The offers and promises are falling from heaven for Bobby. He embraces the lavish lifestyle of his beautiful secretary, Sharon, as he feels he is living the dream. The Feds raid Big Tony's restaurant and arrest him. On the other hand, Judge Meyers gets behind the wheel while intoxicated, and hits a pedestrian, causing Bobby to operate without his partner in crime. Now Big Tony is unwilling to take a plea while holding a very personal grudge against Bobby and Judge Meyers. He is not the type of man to forget and will see to it that the judge and attorney will pay. Bobby is in a fight for his life. He tries to arrange for him and Sharon to flee to safety. Bobby exits his house with a briefcase stuffed with cash and jumps in his car, but Big Tony's goons surround him, shoot out his rear windshield and drag him to a waiting vehicle. Big Tony talks on a cell phone from his jail cell as he looks out the bars and into the distance. Big Tony's "goons" douse Bobby and Judge Meyers in an abandoned warehouse with a liquid. Big Tony tells Bobby that it's time for him to get burned, just as he burned Big Tony. The goons set fire to Judge Myers. The Swat team arrives just in time to save Bobby.
