When the focus is on Gina at the end of the conversation, the Gina mask on Boyle can still be seen even though he just took it off.
This episode picks up moments after the previous, yet Jake has a different hairstyle (his "curl" as he will come to call it).
Santiago is wearing 2 citation bars that are not issued by the NYPD. Also, NYPD regulations require that the American Flag bar be worn as the highest citation bar - something Santiago would have known.
Captain Holt wears his Commendation breast bar above his World Trade Center Breast Bar. When the WTC bar is worn, it is worn above all other medals, but below the American Flag bar.
When Jake is dancing in the bar (after missing the information that Holt did not get the commissioner job), everyone yells at him to stop and the music immediately cuts out, even though he set down the boom box and no one was near enough to turn it off.
Gina seems relieved that she won't be involved with the Boyle clan anymore after her mom and Charles' dad get divorced. However it seems to be forgotten that the father of her baby is a Boyle cousin, so she'll be involved with them forever.
Captain Holt pays particular attention to procedure and yet the holster he wears is incredibly unsafe. It features a thumb-break retention strap that can interfere with drawing his revolver during a confrontation. It also leaves the trigger-guard of his revolver uncovered, increasing the likelihood of a negligent discharge while drawing or holstering, and making it possible for someone trying to take his revolver to fire it in the holster.
