This film is based on a true story which makes it more interesting to me than fiction. It was well acted and well directed. The main character was easy to cheer on and even though at times you wanted to warn him to stop talking you still want to see him succeed. The themes of perseverance, forgiveness and redemption were played out in a powerful way. It's a movie you can feel good about watching. This is a great inspirational movie for the family.
