An instant classic from San Francisco, the City that birthed noir. Chinatown with a Latin beat. Richard Montoya nails his role of moody SF Housing Inspector Roberto Morales and Veronica Valencia lights up the screen as femme fatale Sofia Nido. Two excellent performances combined with rich visuals and rarely seen shots of San Francisco at night.

Classic noir with a modern twist!

If you love the film noir genre, you should see this film! A visually rich homage to the San Francisco Latinx Mission District and a call to action against the rapid changes caused by gentrification. This film offers a unique look at San Francisco through a lens rarely seen in other films and it features many of the real people who inhabit the locations you see in the film. A must see!
