A great episode wherein all of the relationships, baggage, conflicts and resentments that were introduced previously come to the fore. Roy has to deal with his declining popularity and influence, which is contrasted with Ron's newfound fame. Cassie can't bring herself to tell Eddie her "secret" and connects with Nick, who also seems to have some painful baggage. Dawn, a preacher's daughter, is conflicted over her sexuality. Bill becomes bitterly resentful when he learns Goldie tapped Adam as an opener for her future new club. Ralph tires of the stereotypical perception and treatment of Black Americans. All in all, excellent weaving of these threads into a solid episode.
