They know their business and really care for the pets/livestock/humans and it shows. THEY DO RESEARCH IF NEEDED - Even when they are working with animals they are familiar with they still take to Experts and they use new products and/or make items that fulfill the needs and they do a fantastic job of organization and make spaces more comfortable/liveable/workable then anyone thought possible. They do everything possible to make the lives better for everyone involved.
It is amazing and heartwarming to see the time and energy they put into each project and it is very enjoyable watching the interact with the animals and learn each and every ones special likes/dislikes/special needs so they can make sure they are able to satisfy everyone's special requirements.
