Attempts to be somewhat spooky, but comes extremely short

Warning: Spoilers
"Came Back Haunted" is a Nine Inch Nails song from 2013, so this one (still) has its 5th anniversary this year in 2018. This one has its own imdb entry like so many other recent music videos these days, but here it is somewhat justified because the director is established long time movie maker David Lynch. It runs for 4 minutes only like most music videos do and features NIN, a band I usually like, but here not so much because the song did not do a whole lot for me and the music video is extremely experimental with the quick black-and-white shots and the red squares. Also early on, the first minute or 90 seconds or so is nothign you really would want to check out if you suffer from epilepsy. So overall, I would just say listen to the song and skip the video unless you really love Lynch and are a completionist for his works. Or do not even listen to the song as this is near the weakest I have heard from this band. Quite a disappointment for me here, even Reznor's voice did not impress me for once, so yeah like I said only check it out it you love either NIN or Lynch, preferrable both, but this is not a work that will turn you into a fan of either. Big thumbs down.
