The New York City-based film and TV network and streaming platform picked up in all over 1,2000 hours of library content like BuzzFeed Unsolved: True Crime, BuzzFeed Unsolved: Supernatural, Worth It, Sneaker Shopping and Full Size Run.
Hot Ones, hosted by Sean Evans, gets A-listers like Charlize Theron, Michael B. Jordan and Taraji P. Henson to eat from a plat of spicy hot wings and became a YouTube sensation.

FilmRise has secured worldwide digital media rights to a collection of content from the portfolio of brands under BuzzFeed Studios, which includes “Hot Ones” and the “Unsolved” franchise, Jonitha Keymoore, VP of Global Content

BuzzFeed will premiere its eighth and final season of “BuzzFeed Unsolved: True Crime” on June 18 and its seventh and final season of “BuzzFeed Unsolved: Supernatural” this fall, TheWrap has learned exclusively.
Creators, producers and co-hosts Ryan Bergara and Shane Madej will star in six new true-crime episodes that will dive into crimes surround Princess Diana, George Reeves — who portrayed the Man of Steel in the TV series “The Adventures of Superman” in the 1950s — and more.
Over the course of five years, Bergara and Madej explored popular crimes and mysteries, amassing 16.6 billion minutes watched with over 1.3 billion cumulative views, according to BuzzFeed.

The new season debuts its first episode Friday, October 13 (the spooky date is no accident) at 6 Am Est/ 3 Pm Pst. Remaining episodes will roll out at the same slot on Fridays on the BuzzFeedBlue YouTube channel, which has over 6.5 million subscribers.
Hosts Ryan Bergara and Shane Madej will return for 10 episodes that will explore mysteries like Roswell’s supposed UFO landing and the Pennhurst Asylum, a “haunted” Pennsylvania hospital complex. For the first time, Bergara and Madej will travel internationally for the show with a visit to the London Tombs.
