I know they wanted to avoid getting side tracked by politics. Nevertheless, being a bit clearer on the background of why at this particular time in U. S. history, a mother would be forced into separation from her son and how it could motivate the child to withdraw to Never land might have added depth. Over all though I liked the film and thought it was above average for a kids short.

Truly loved this movie , was drawn in to these young children and their current situation. It's a shame that the mom wasn't more compassionate to the son's feelings but this is what truly made the movie great. Kudos to The writer who truly made these young kids situation come alive . Will be recommending this movie to all of my friends and classmates.
