This is a great short film! It reminds me of Lights Out, which is another great short horror film, because of the potential that it has. Lights Out went from a short film to a major motion picture and I feel the same can happen to Speechless. The film flows perfectly with a great ending! The music is excellent and for a short film, the cinematography is well executed. The boy and the mom were well acted and the dialogue for their scenes with each other worked. You could feel how scared the boy was yet, at the same time, could feel how frustrated the mom was. Great job! Here is my reaction to it.
