- Saw Gerrera deserves every amount of the "extremist" label he is given in the episode's dialogue. A major crux of the episode is the question "just how far would/should someone go to achieve their goals", with Saw very much on the side of "whatever it takes". He sees the Geonosians as the enemy (mostly stemming from his sister being killed by Geonosian-designed/built Battle Droids during The Clone Wars tv series) and reacts to Klik-Klak with what is essentially racism, and is perfectly willing to (unwittingly) complete the Empire's genocide by killing Klik-Klak and destroying the queen egg if that's what he feels is necessary to complete his mission.
- It's revealed that the Empire committed genocide against the Geonosians using poison gas, and that Klik-Klak and the queen egg may be the last of their kind.
