Matthias J. Johnson is actually part of a Gospel singing group, and has been full time since 2010.
When Noah Cooke was first casted for the role of Monte Bridgemen, Matthias J. knew that the part required someone who could pull off the many stunts to fully portray the 'stunt man/star actor', and yet be around the age of 18 or 19 in the movie within the movie; 'In the centre'
Matthias and Ben both agreed from the very moment they began writing that Noah was the perfect fit in both acting and stunts.
The Government scenes are the back bone of the film, appearing numerously, but briefly throughout the film. And yet all those scenes were done in two locations in one full day.
