Page Turner had lots of filler, but Naysaya was very meaningful.

I really hated Page Turner because it stretches out Star and Glossaryck turning a page into a chapter of dark magic, something that could have only taken 4 minutes at most, into an 11-minute episode when Glossryck gets called in by the Magical High council. I got a really bad Stressed Eric vibe from all of this, as a wizard was allowed past security with magical objects when Glossaryck wasn't, and not just the elevator, but even the stairs are on the fritz because this episode's runtime needs to be bloated as much as possible to reach 11 minutes. If the dark chapter turns Star evil, it's the Magical High council's fault for calling Glossaryck over to talk about Star's training so he couldn't prevent this from happening to Star. This episode watched back to back with Gift of the Card made me see how much of a bad influence Stressed Eric really was on the animation industry. It's an even worse influence than Ren and Stimpy's grossout.

Naysaya on the other hand, was very good character development for Marco and it knew how to make the Pickle and Peanut episode Greg more meaningful by making it funnier and less disturbing. Naysaya was also not just a one-dimensional catchphrase like Greg and Marco actually asks what Naysaya wants in return.
