- Zac Efron's character is trying to survive in the desert, after enduring a sandstorm, he has a branch sticking out of him. He pulls this out and you see blood pouring from the wound
- At the end of the movie, dogs attack Zac Efron's character which leads to his death. You see the aftermath, his guts and intestines hanging out. This is quite graphic and can be disturbing to some viewers
- A man is seen being eaten by savage dogs, blood and organs are quite visible.
- A man is shot in the chest with an arrow
