- In an episode, you see a character's sexual fantasy. Nothing too explicit is shown, but at the end of the scene, she is seen being pushed to the floor by the other character and her legs go up, implying they are about to have sex.

- Like the first Danganronpa, Danganronpa 3: Future Arc can be depressing, emotional, and suspenseful at times
- If a character violates a "forbidden action" they are poisoned by their wristband. The effects of the poison are quite gruesome and disfigure half of a person's face. This is quite disturbing and occurs a few times, the first instance being at the start of episode 2.
