The way it seemed this was setup on Prime was that this is the pilot episode, a preview to a larger show. Doesn't seem to be the case: it's just the one episode. The photography is pretty good. So, some dude, after being in prison for four yearss, gets out. The beginning is sort of a setup of the story but doesn't really dig too deep into it. Seemed to be the type of crime/police procedural type show. Those are typically an hour long, this is only 30 minutes. It's not awful but I disliked that almost every character who used the F--- word emphasized the word itself; have no idea why. Also, a lot of the acting was a bit placid and stoic. As a whole, it just felt like it was going through the motions. Nothing too exciting even when there was supposed to be excitement. It wasn't necessarily bad just not necessarily good. I can see why it didn't go past the pilot.
