Erin fights a former ADA, now a disc jockey, who is using her connections to obstruct Erin from retrying one of her murder one cases. - Erin's been tasked with retrying a man who was charged of killing his wife. The first trial ended with a hung jury because the wife's body was never found. Now the former prosecutor who is now a radio personality is talking to the man and Erin wants to know where he is but she won't say because she believes he's innocent. Jamie comes across a dead man. He learns that the man had no family. He also discovers that he has bags of money is his possession. He thinks it's part of what was stolen from a bank over 20 years ago. He also learns the man gave a woman who has a grandson with special needs, money for the boy's special school. Now with him dead, she doesn't know how to get the money her grandson needs. Jamie wrestles with what to do. Danny investigates a shooting at a club, the victim is a criminal. The owner claims to know nothing. Later Danny gets a surveillance photo of the4 shooter and shows it to the owner who reluctantly admits it's father.
