Evocative portrait of transition from military to civilian life
Agentile0112 December 2015
I really enjoyed this film, which connects viewers to service members in an authentic way, even though i have no experience myself with the military. My parents both served though, and this film gave me a much deeper appreciation for the issues they faced, and particularly how important it is for society to help the transition of 3 million post-9/11 service members.

I thought the choice to set the documentary in LA and chronicle the work that different organizations are doing there was an effective and convincing vehicle for the story.

I watch a lot of documentaries and think this one offered a unique perspective. Very well done. Highly recommend.
