When Booth proposes putting a TV into the bedroom, Brennan says, "couples with a television in their bedroom have sex half as often as couples without one in the bedroom." In reality, surveys (not scientific studies) are contradictory, ranging from half as often (in Italy) to twice as often (in the UK). In any case, this is an association; it doesn't show that having a television causes couples to have sex less often. The reverse may be true: people may get a television because they're not having sex. Or there might be a common cause: e.g., maybe older people have less sex and are more likely to have TVs in their bedrooms.
When agent Aubrey hands the Senator's financial records over to Caroline he mentions a mysterious $2,000 ATM withdrawal, but the ATM withdrawal is only $120; the $2,000 in question is a transfer one line above the withdrawal.
He never says "ATM", just withdrawal.
He never says "ATM", just withdrawal.
When responding to Caroline about the dead Senator, Brennan makes an error of commission and another one of omission. She first "corrects" Caroline about her use of the present tense instead of past tense. Technically, even though he is dead, he would still be a member of Congress until the Governor of his State named a replacement, and that person took the oath of office. So Caroline was right and Brennan was wrong. What's more, since Brennan doesn't respect exaggeration, she failed to correct Caroline about the use of "100,000%", as it is impossible to be more than 100% certain of anything.
