At the school, Agent Reed can clearly be seen with blue paint on his shirt. When he meets with his colleague at the end of the day, the paint patches are yellow.
In the opening scene, when he says Pineapple as the code word, the camera switches back and forth and Dolph's hands are raised when the camera is on him; but lowered when they are not.
The class schedule on Reed's first day is different in the initial closeup view than in the long shot as Reed reads a storybook.
The principal that the classroom is nut free. Everybody is allergic to nuts or legumes but the girl asked Mr. Reed to heat her tofu and tofu is made of soy beans.
During the final fight after Reed throws Zugo into the water Zugo's shirt is partly open, but when the camera changes his shirt is tucked in.

In the beginning of the movie, the bad guys are attacking Reed and his partner Sanders with automatic weapons in a building, when Reed and Sanders hide behind a vending machine and use it as cover when they push it down the hall and the whole time the bad guys are trying to shoot them but the bullets never seem to hit the vending machine which must have bullet proof glass because the glass never shatters.
In a scene that has nothing to do with this film's plot, a personal training session with Mr. Reed is auctioned off at what appears to be a fundraiser for the school. However, it was established earlier that the school was an elite academy with an annual tuition for each student of $50,000, so it makes no sense that they would need to raise funds (unless it's to ensure that teachers like Miss Halstrom have $2,000 available to win a bid for a guy she's already dating).
