Wednesday evenings take on a light-hearted touch as the The Dan Nicholl Show, hosted by celebrated presenter Dan Nicholl in partnership with BrightRock, will premiere on our screens this Wednesday, 1 April 2015 at 20:30 on SuperSport 1. PETE GOFFE-WOOD Peter Goffe-Wood is a South African chef and television personality and a judge on the MasterChef South Africa, M-Net reality competition cooking series. SHAUN BARTLETT Shaun Bartlett's career as a professional soccer player spans over 14 years. He played for Bafana Bafana for 10 years and became captain in 2001. Shaun made his international debut against Egypt in the Four Nations Cup in November 1995, the last match that he played for Bafana was against Germany in Bremen 2005.

SHOW GUESTS: GUGU ZULU Gugu Zulu is a South African racing driver and television who has won numerous local racing titles. His racing career began in 1999, after graduating from the Isondo Racing Academy. Since 2005, Gugu has been a presenter of the SABC motoring show Car Torque. He is affectionately known as "the fastest brother in Africa" in the world of racing. Miss-SA MISS SOUTH AFRICA - LIESL LAURIE Liesl Laurie from Eldorado Park was born 1991 in Johannesburg. She has a degree in Bachelor of Communication. On the 29th of March 2015, Liesl crowned as Miss South Africa 2015. She will represent South Africa at the Miss World 2015 and Miss Universe 2015. cameron CAMERON VAN DER BURGH 26 year old Cameron van der Burgh is an Olympic Gold Medallist, 5 time world champion, has broken 15 world records in total and is the only current South African swimmer to hold a World Record in an Olympic event. Cameron and Michael Phelps are also the only swimmers able to break three world records in 24 hours. He considers himself the FIFA king, although Trevor Noah constantly disputes that fact.

FRANZ KLAMMER Skiing legend - Franz Klammer is a former champion alpine ski racer from Austria. Klammer overwhelmingly dominated the downhill event for four consecutive World Cup seasons. HUGO PORTA Rugby great, Hugo Porta is a former Argentine Rugby Union footballer, an inductee of both the International Rugby Hall of Fame and IRB Hall of Fame, and one of the best fly-halves the sport has seen.

-- RYK NEETHLING is a South African swimmer born and bred in Bloemfontein, where he attended Grey College and excelled in swimming. Ryk earned a place in the South African swimming team for the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta and won an Olympic gold medal in the 4 x 100m freestyle relay at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens . After competing at the 2008 Summer Olympics, he become the first South African to participate in four successive Olympic Games. -- UNATHI MSENGANA is a South African musician, songwriter and radio personality. She is best known for hosting the Metro FM morning show with Glen Lewis and is a two-time SAMA nominated artist. To date, she has shared the stage with world renowned musicians like John Legend and Youssou N'Dour. Unathi replaced Mara Louw as one of the three judges on the M-Net Idols reality show in 2011. -- SCHALK BURGER SENIOR (fondly referred to as Groot Schalk) was an international lock who played for the Boks during the isolation years in the 1980s. He's also known as an award-winning winefarmer at Welbedacht in Wellington. Groot Schalk is the father of Schalk Burger Junior, a seasoned Springbok rugbyplayer and winner of the 2015 Comeback of the Year at the Laureus Sports Awards in Shanghai.

JOHN SMIT former rugby union player and currently chief executive officer of the Sharks. He was the 50th captain of the South African national team, the Springboks, and led the team to win the 2007 Rugby World Cup. He played most of his senior career as a hooker, but also won 13 caps as a prop, where he had also played for South Africa's under-21 team. He retired from international rugby following the 2011 Rugby World Cup as the most-capped South African player ever, with 111 appearances. CHEF BENNY MASEKWAMENG is one of the judges on the popular MasterChef South Africa reality television series - he became an overnight sensation with his quick wit and kindly manner. Benny comes from entrepreneurial stock; growing up in Alexandra township in Johannesburg, his mother supplemented the family's income by preparing meals for construction workers. He believes it is the example she set that helped him find success on his chosen career path. He graduated from what is now the Durban University of Technology with a diploma in catering management, and thereafter commenced his culinary journey, which would see him become executive chef at the then Mondo Vino restaurant at Montecasino in Fourways, Johannesburg. He is now known as the Tsogo Sun celebrity chef and MasterChef South Africa judge and is much in demand for public appearances and TV interviews. And it must be said that with his charming manner and friendly outlook, he's pure television gold. VUYISANANI MANGISA known as Sanani is a South African field hockey player who competed in the 2008 Summer Olympics. Selected when barely out of her teens for the Beijing 2008 Olympics, as understudy to Mariette Rix, post-Beijing she spent considerable time in the wilderness before regaining her place as the No 2 keeper in the SA team through sheer hard work on and off the pitch. A travelling reserve to Rix for the London 2012 Olympics, the immediate retirement of the Western Province goalkeeper gave Mangisa the opportunity to shine on the international stage - and shine she did with a number of unofficial player-of-the-match performances against the world's best penalty corner drag-flickers and strikers.

-- ANDREW VAN ZYL His nickname is 'One Gear' and he was undefeated in seven bouts when he challenged Ruan Potts for the heavyweight title for the first time in November 2011 (he was defeated via first round submission). He then went on another winning tear and challenged Potts again for the title, claiming EFC gold via unanimous decision in a dominating five round war. He defended the belt successfully once against the dangerous striking of Sors Grobbelaar, but was beaten via submission in the trilogy bout with his rival Potts. Van Zyl has once again rebuilt himself into the number one contender and will face Cape Town's heavy-hitting BJJ specialist Brendon Groenewald in his fifth EFC title fight. -- ZANELE MDODANA Zanele is a South African netball player, been playing netball for 21years started when she was 10years old she almost capped national player with 81 caps under my belt for SA. Zanele is also a Laureus Ambassador; work at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University as a Sport Manager. She also recently completed her 1st Half Ironman Triathlon event, which is her new love. -- CHRIS FORREST Chris Forrest has been on the forefront of the South African Comedy scene since the late nineties. His unique dry sense of humour, quick wit and intelligent comedy has made him one of the country's most popular comedians and ensured that audiences are left in stitches wherever he goes. Chris has also hosted his own episode of "Comedy Central Presents Live at Parker's" and performed four successful one-man shows namely "Chris Forrest, He's a really nice guy" which was recently broadcast on Comedy Central, "The Flipside" "The Guy from TV" and most recently "Who's Your Daddy?"

DAVID KIBUUKA is a Ugandan-born South African comedian best known as a field correspondent on the e.tv and eNews satirical show, Late Nite News with Loyiso Gola, since 2010. Other television shows he has appeared on include the Pure Monate Show, FONT, Laugh Out Loud, The Coconuts, Last Say on Sunday and Going Nowhere Slowly. A regular on the stand-up comedy circuit, David has performed at such events as the Kingsize Comedy Festival, Blacks Only and the Heavyweight Comedy Jam. He has also performed regularly at comedy venues like Tanz Café, Comedy Underground, Parkers and the Blues Room. He has also featured in the feature film Bunny Chow. He was one of the three stars of the SABC1 reality show Jozi - Moving the City, as project manager of the hip hop group Jozi, in 2011. LUCAS RADEBE is arguably one of the best and most successful South African footballers of all time. He is a sporting icon in South Africa and has achieved legendary status with English team Leeds United F.C. He was a member of the first non-racial team to represent South Africa following its return to international football in 1992. Besides captaining SA in the first ever World Cup appearance in France in 1998 and Japan/ South Korea in 2002, Lucas has received a resounding 70 caps for the national team. He was also a member of the Bafana Bafana team when they won the African Nations Cup in 1996. Lucas is also involved in socially responsible projects, one of which is Learning with Lucas and believes that education, opportunity and upliftment, when combined provide everyone with the basis of reaching their potential in achieving their dreams. PAUL ADAMS (born 20 January 1977 in Cape Town) is a former South African cricketer, a chinaman bowler who played for the national team sporadically since the 1990s. Meanwhile, his first class cricket career registered 412 wickets. Adams's bowling action was highly unorthodox and Mike Gatting likened it to the now infamous phrase - "frog in a blender". He announced his retirement from professional cricket on 2 October 2008, more than four years after his last Test match and five years after his last ODI.
