If you asked us a couple of months ago whether we thought the Vanderpump Rules franchise would still be here, we'd have probably laughed in your face.
But months after the Scandoval erupted and sent ratings sky-high, it looks like the franchise is here to stay.
Yes, Vanderpump Rules Season 11 is already filming sans one of the key players in the Sandoval saga.
In addition to the next season of the venerable reality TV series, a new spinoff is also in the works.
Deadline reports that Bravo is exploring the possibility of a new spinoff focused on cast members who no longer work for Lisa Vanderpump.
"The series will follow a group of tightknit friends, who are trading in their glamorous West Hollywood lives and swapping bottle service for baby bottles as they adapt to the next chapter of their fun-loving lifestyle in The Valley," the outlet teases of the potential series.

Exclusive: Vanderpump Rules has had a major renaissance thanks to its recent “Scandoval” with Bravo and Peacock scoring record ratings for the show.
Deadline understands that the NBCUniversal cable network is now plotting another spinoff.
The series will follow a group of tightknit friends, who are trading in their glamorous West Hollywood lives and swapping bottle service for baby bottles as they adapt to the next chapter of their fun-loving lifestyle in The Valley.
We hear that Jax Taylor and his wife Brittany Cartwright, who welcomed their first child, Cruz, in April 2021, are among those set to be involved. Kristen Doute, who returned to the reality series as the cheating scandal – where Tom Sandoval was having an affair with co-star Raquel Leviss behind his girlfriend Ariana Madix’s back – is also expected to be involved.
Deals are not completely done, but we understand it will be an eight-episode series.

Wheelhouse UK Wins First Commission With Channel 5’s ‘Puzzling’
Jimmy Kimmel and Brent Montgomery’s Wheelhouse has secured its first UK commission, a Channel 5 quiz format produced with ITV Studios-backed 12 Yard. In Puzzling [working title], broadcaster and historian Lucy Worsley will challenge Britain’s brightest minds across five rounds on language, calculation, lateral thinking, visual intelligence and memory. In a dramatic plot twist, the winning team then turn on each other to be named the ‘Best of the Best’ and earn a place in the series Grand Final, where the winner will be crowned. The series is the first revealed commission for Wheelhouse’s UK arm, which is helmed by former Deal or No Deal producer Glenn Hugill, who set it up earlier this year. 12 Yard is co-producer. Channel 5 rarely dabbles in quiz formats but recently picked up Eggheads, another high-end quizshow that used to air on BBC Two.

“Day Shift” has dawned.
The new Netflix film, which liberally mixes action, horror and comedy, stars Jamie Foxx as a San Fernando Valley pool cleaner who doubles as an infamous vampire hunter. When his estranged wife (Meagan Good) threatens to leave town with their young daughter, he springs into action, working to rejoin the vampire hunters’ union. Along the way – wouldn’t you know it? – he stumbles across a vast vampire conspiracy involving housing developments and an ancient mystical temple. You know, that old story.
TheWrap spoke to “Day Shift” director J.J. Perry about how he moved from second unit direction and stunt choreography to directing features (“Day Shift” was produced by the same team behind “John Wick”), what makes the San Fernando Valley so special and what we can expect from further installments in the “Day Shift” saga.

Arriving on Netflix this Friday, August 12th, is J.J. Perry’s Day Shift, a kickass horror/action/comedy hybrid that stars Jamie Foxx as a vampire hunter working in California’s San Fernando Valley and features a killer ensemble that also includes Dave Franco, Snoop Dogg, Peter Stormare, Scott Adkins, Steve Howey, Meagan Goode, and Natasha Liu Bordizzo. Day Shift marks Perry’s directorial debut, but he’s been working in Hollywood for decades now as a stunt coordinator and second unit director, making his transition into the director’s chair a natural progression in his career.
During the recent press day for Day Shift, Daily Dead had the opportunity to speak with Perry about his first time at the helm of his own movie, and during our chat, he discussed how he was able to incorporate so many ideas that he’s had throughout his career into Day Shift,...
