Clever, Though Rambling

This is a very strange form of stand up. Colin Quinn more or less goes through the Constitution and talks about the different sections, and what he sees in today's world that relates to them. And throughout it all, he uses the analogy of America being a tavern.

The observations are all over the board, but there is some level of brilliance underneath it all. Quinn clearly knows what he is talking about, and references James Madison frequently. What might be the best outcome is if he takes this and turns it into a book. With a little more fleshing out of ideas, there might really be something here.

And, as an added bonus, Quinn is not a raging liberal or conservative. So it is hard to just dismiss him as a partisan. He seems to have libertarian tendencies, but even those would not be seen as pure by the faithful. This is a strength... this is a true independent.
