- Daisy Wick: [During childbirth] Okay, who here has the balls to argue with a pregnant woman? It's the only explanation. The victim has to have a son.
- Temperance Brennan: Perhaps I can walk with you and you can squeeze my hand. I did that when I was in labor and I took great comfort in knowing that Booth was in great pain too.
- Angela Montenegro: Daisy! Welcome back.
- Camille Saroyan: Wow, you are so much bigger than I expected. It looks like he might come out dressed and ready for school.
- Daisy Wick: My Doula assured me that my meditation and breathing exercises will give me at least two more weeks.
- Camille Saroyan: Well, you've been through so much, losing Sweets. If you need...
- Daisy Wick: Thanks, I took the time I needed. Lance would want me to rejoin the world. And the baby and I have never felt better.
- Angela Montenegro: You do seem very Zen. I remember when I was at this point, I was driving Hodgins nuts, trying to set up Michael Vincent's room.
- Daisy Wick: Well, there's no rush. When he's ready, he'll tell me how he wants his room set up.
- Angela Montenegro: So, you're waiting until he can talk before he has a room?
- Daisy Wick: Oh, my Doula says that a mother doesn't need words to communicate with her baby.
- Camille Saroyan: Ah, this Doula sounds like a... fascinating woman.
- Daisy Wick: Oh, she is. She is.
- Seeley Booth: So, we traced down the number that was used to threaten Brooks. It came from the lobby of the Granville Hotel.
- Temperance Brennan: So, you have no way of knowing who made the call?
- Seeley Booth: Could have been anybody: a concierge, you know, a guest at the hotel, a schmo off the streets.
- Temperance Brennan: So, we could be looking for someone who speaks Yiddish?
- Seeley Booth: What? What are you talking? What made you make that turn?
- Temperance Brennan: Schmo! It's Yiddish for idiot. So, I assumed you're saying we're looking a mentally challenged, Yiddish-speaking...
- Seeley Booth: Stop! Okay, Bones. The killer doesn't speak Yiddish.
- Temperance Brennan: How do you know?
- Seeley Booth: I don't, but that's not the point.
- Temperance Brennan: Then why did you bring it up?
- Seeley Booth: I didn't bring it up!
- Temperance Brennan: You said "schmo."
- Seeley Booth: Okay, fine. You know what, I'll never bring it up again. I promise. Promise.
- James Aubrey: [Walks in] I think I might have found our guy.
- Temperance Brennan: Well, does he speak Yiddish?
- James Aubrey: What?
- Seeley Booth: Never mind!
- James Aubrey: So, McKeon is a seven-letter word for a person appearing to have engaged in activities that could have resulted in the demise...
- Seeley Booth: All you have to do is say "suspect", Aubrey!
- James Aubrey: Spirit of the case.
- Daisy Wick: [Holding her child for the very first time] He's beautiful.
- Temperance Brennan: Absolutely perfect.
- Angela Montenegro: You did it.
- Daisy Wick: He looks like Lance, doesn't he? I mean, I'm not imaging that, am I?
- Camille Saroyan: No! No, he really does.
- Jack Hodgins: What's his name?
- Daisy Wick: Lance insisted that his first name be Seeley. So he's Seeley Lance Wick-Sweets.
- [to Booth]
- Daisy Wick: Do you want to be the first to hold him? Lance would want you to be the first.
- Seeley Booth: Pff, yeah
- [takes over the baby]
- Seeley Booth: Hey! Hey, there little buddy How are you? Look at that, your whole family came out to meet you. Hey little buddy. Listen, I knew your dad.
- Camille Saroyan: God, I loved his puzzles. I mean, they were impossible.
- Angela Montenegro: Maybe that's why he was killed.
- Angela Montenegro: The handwriting on these clues is different than these.
- Camille Saroyan: Well, and this is definitely his handwriting.
- Angela Montenegro: How do you know that?
- Camille Saroyan: I may or may not have an autographed copy of one of his completed puzzles.
- Alexis Sherman: Do you want my help finding Lawrence's killer or did you just come here to insult me?
- Temperance Brennan: You found something, Ms Wick? Or do you merely want to discuss additional foolish notions of early childhood development?
- Daisy Wick: That was harsh!
- Temperance Brennan: Yes it was. I'm trying to help you, but I'm told my people skills are not well-developed.
- Daisy Wick: Perhaps we can just stick to the case.
- Temperance Brennan: I would like that very much.
- Temperance Brennan: Perhaps I've gone a bit overboard, but this is... Sweets' and Daisy's baby.
- Seeley Booth: I am totally with you on this. You know what? We will be there for every school play, graduation and hockey game.
- Temperance Brennan: You're going to be a good uncle, Booth.
