You’ve gotta begrudgingly grant Sleepy Hollow‘s Pandora a little respect.
Girlfriend shows up in town last episode, and already she’s harnessed a secret-sucking shadow monster that — however inadvertently — gets the Witnesses to confess their darkest confessions to each other? And that treevil she’s growing in the ruins should be ready to take over the town in, what, two more episodes? (Take that, Henry and your season-long tinkering with that silly model town!)
All I’m saying is, the Third Tribulation better get to the bullpen and start warming up its arm, because Ol’ Boxy-but-Bad works quickly.

Yes, yes, Game of Thrones is all about climbing to power and ruling the land. You play or you die. Power resides only where men believe it resides. Yadda yadda.
But here’s a salient question: After watching what happens to khaleesi/mhysa/queen Daenerys in this week’s episode, for the love of the old gods and the new, who would want such an insane responsibility?
We’ve seen corrupt leaders during our time in the seven kingdoms. Their blatant grabs at power, coupled with their indefensible deeds, have meant that we haven’t felt that bad when they...

HBO’s Game of Thrones certainly isn’t dragon in the ratings: Sunday’s Season 5 premiere drew the fantasy drama’s largest audience to date, our sister site Variety reports.

Clear eyes, full hearts… sudden departure?
As hinted at in a recent Ask Ausiello, The Leftovers will move production to Austin, Texas in Season 2, TVLine has learned exclusively. The onscreen setting will also shift to the Lone Star State from the fictional Mapleton, NY, although it’s not clear what the new town will be called (but it’s safe to say it’ll be something other than Austin).

When a package marked Sex Box showed up in our office, I was both baffled and intrigued. We’re used to getting quirky press kits around here – they’re part of the joy of being in our industry – but some are more eye-catching than others. My first thought was, “There are no instructions for this sex box. If I remember correctly, step 1 involves cutting a hole in the box. But I don’t have the necessary equipment for step 2 … Hmmm. Well, I hope there’s cool free stuff – like a Sex Box t-shirt that I can wear to … Continue reading →
