When Rosita is bandaging Abraham's hand, she is using a pink-coloured bandage and uses part of it to wrap around his wrist. A few seconds later, the bandage is white and ends at the bottom of his palm.
The high pressure water cannon that Eugene uses from the top of the fire truck to effectively take out a number of walkers will only emit a high pressure stream of water when the truck engine is running (and pump is engaged).
There are several issues with the Fire Engine sequence. #1 It would not have started with a clogged air filter (even if the fuel was fresh). #2 Air brake systems, like the ones used on Fire Engines, take a long time to build air so you can release the brakes, you cannot just start up a truck and move it, to help with this problem fire departments connect their parked equipment into an external air system in the garage to keep the brake system at 120 psi (60 psi is usually minimum to release the brake, which automatically sets when the system drops below 45-60 psi. All air brakes systems have at least a slow leak, and will only hold air for a few days max.). #3 The truck stops running (which it wouldn't have started without first clearing the air filter and second changing out the fuel) and then they use the Water Cannon on top to cut down the Walkers. There would have been no pressure to run the Water Cannon without the engine running to operate the water pump. At least later in the episode the state they are out of water, unlike the endless supply of bullets out of Automatic Weapons.
And how come the vehicle batteries still crank over the engines? Over time the batteries would have died due power drainage from electronics in the car (clocks, computers, etc), and corrosion.

The entire inside of the church bus is seen engulfed in flames, yet the inside of the bus is made of metal. There may of been some fuel leakage, but you can clearly see flames originating from areas that couldn't possibly have gotten any spilled fuel on them.
In the scene when Rosita is looking at Abraham while he is on top of the fire truck laughing, some of the lights in the parking structure behind her are turned on.
The holster Maggie has for her revolver is a cross-draw holster, meaning it is supposed to be worn on the hip opposite from your dominant hand. So if you are right handed, you would wear it on your left hip. Maggie's holster is meant for a right handed person, so by wearing it on her right hip she is actually making it harder for her to quickly draw her weapon. Since the butt of the pistol is facing at a downward angle, she has to reach down and behind to draw it, which makes it a lot harder to quickly draw her weapon.
Some walkers are killed by the water cannon even though they aren't even hit in the head.
