- Mayhem breaks out when newcomer Oblaposhkin is put temporarily in charge as deputy of the weird City of Durov, inhabited by animals that work in the city as firefighters, barbers, secretaries, teachers, hotel managers and everything else.
- Oblaposhkin had many jobs always searching what was best for him before landing on the extraordinary city of Durov, which was inhabited by animals. Durov decided to show the city to his new deputy. They were taken on a motorcycle by a bear. On the way, Oblaposhkin found out that Durov had a pretty secretary, and decided to get a shave to try to impress her, but was very surprised and frightened when it turned out that an elephant worked as the barber. But soon Oblaposhkin would stopped being surprised by the strange city. He saw a school where student dogs were taught math by a teacher dog, and bulldogs played soccer in the schoolyard during recess. In the ice cream parlor, Durov and Oblaposhkin were served by sea lions, a monkey-driver train was leading on the railway. Durov introduced Oblaposhkin to his "pretty secretary." It turned out to be the monkey Masha. And then Durov had to leave, and for some time Oblaposhkin remained the sovereign mayor of the city. He quickly put things in order there. The ice cream parlor began to sell beer, the hairdresser closed, and Oblaposhkin appointed an eternally sleepy hippopotamus teacher to the school. The secretary began to paint abstract pictures. Taking advantage of the new orders, the pig from the breech material built himself a dacha, which she rented out to various animals. Oblaposhkin appointed a donkey as the head of the grocery store, and that same night the rogue dogs robbed the store. And after a while, Oblaposhkin decided to celebrate a housewarming party. To do this, he confiscated the daily diet from different animals, invited monkey jazz. But by the time the guests were supposed to arrive, a fire broke out in Oblaposhkin's apartment. Arriving bears-firefighters began to extinguish the burning building and rescue the inhabitants, but still the apartment of the Oblaposhkins burned down. Fearing the just retribution of the returned Durov, Oblaposhkin run away.
