It's a perfect example of how pretended reality shows can be downright dumb. Four teams of tree arborists take various tree removal jobs and every episode is the same interspersed with fake accidents and incidents. Add to this bad acting and you've got BBW in its "glory".
By the way, it's a true art from the authors of the show to be able to stretch the whole story to 10 episodes, because, as I said, it all looks the same. They come, cut the branches then the trunk and that's it. Sometimes they start from the top, sometimes from the bottom. How can you make 10 42-minute episodes about that? Not to mention that some characters are simply annoying.
As for the fake accidents and frictions between workers. I don't think the companies that participated in the show knew that it wouldn't be a good promotion of what they do. A drunk worker, sloppiness, bravado, etc. This is exactly what they do there. I know all of this was pretended, but come on!
