On the eve of Hallmark Channel’s 12th Annual Countdown to Christmas – with 24/7 holiday programming kicking off tomorrow – Crown Media Family Networks is unwrapping the rest of its 2021 holiday movie slate of 41 all-new movie premieres.
Hallmark Channel serves up a double helping of holiday cheer during its first ever “Merry Thanksgiving Weekend,” with double-feature original movie premieres each night at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. Et/Pt, Friday November 26 – Sunday, November 28.
Topping off the weekend’s movies are fan favorites Lacey Chabert and Candace Cameron Bure.
In her 11th Christmas movie for the network, Chabert whisks viewers away to Ireland in “Christmas at Castle Hart,” which premieres Saturday, November 27, and also stars Stuart Townsend.

No, it's not only in your dreams; Debbie Gibson is coming to the small screen. “Shake Your Love” singer Gibson (pictured above) has been cast in the upcoming TV movie “The Music in Me,” which will premiere on Up early next year. “E.R.” alum Gloria Reuben has also been cast in the film, which will feature a new original song, “Promises,” written by Gibson. It's that time of year -- the radio stations are switching to Christmas music and the television channels are whipping out old and new holiday specials, concerts, movies and other fun treats. The Hallmark Channel is no exception, showing 'round-the-clock Christmas movies and specials until Dec. 25 -- less than a month away!
The ones on tap for Wednesday, Nov. 27 include:
"The Three Gifts" (2 p.m.): Three orphaned boys temporarily stay with a couple during the holidays, starring Dean Cain and Reginald Veljohnson ("Family Matters," "Die Hard"). Yes.
"Catch a Christmas Star" (4 p.m.): A widower reconnects with his high school sweetheart, one of the country's biggest pop stars, with help from his two children. And it stars Shannon Elizabeth ("American Pie") as said country pop star. Wow.
