After the hardball breaks the window of a scientist's home in the opening "Driving a Dinosaur" sequence (Performed by Stuffy Shmitt), the ball comes to a stop at the left of a microscope and underneath a figure of a Tyrannosaurus Rex on the open shelf in front of it. The capitalized opening title, consisting of "What Happened to the" in an arc with a below arrow adding "ever" above "What" and "Dinosaurs?" below, statics in.
After the kids leave the scientist's house in the last shot, the first six slides of the end credits are superimposed in white, as Stuffy Shmitt performs "You Are the Biggest Thing in My Life". Halfway through the sixth slide, the sunlight glows on surroundings before fading to black for the credits scroll.
