Tucker Carlson is asking fans to fork over $72 for a charter one-year subscription to his new streaming video service — which his site says is “days away” from launching.
Carlson officially announced the direct-to-consumer service, at tuckercarlson.com, in a post Saturday on X (formerly Twitter). After he was fired in April 2023 from Fox News Channel, where he had been a fixture for more than a decade, Carlson has been producing a right-wing talk show distributed on Elon Musk’s X.
“Hey, it’s Tucker Carlson! We’ve been out of work for seven or eight months now. Hard to know, time flies when you’re unemployed,” Carlson says in a video clip promoting his new streaming site. “But actually, we’ve been working in secret and producing an awful lot of material for months now — interviews, et cetera — and all of it has now found its way to tuckercarlson.com.

Tucker Carlson, the former Fox News host who was ousted by the network this spring, took aim at colleagues of his former employer for not stepping up to defend fringe conspiracy-monger Alex Jones.
On the latest episode of his show on X (formerly Twitter), Carlson hosted Tristan Tate, who along with his brother Andrew Tate was arrested in March 2023 by Romanian authorities. They were charged in June on rape and human trafficking offenses — both deny the charges — and were released from house arrest last week.
Carlson and Tate were discussing free-speech issues, and Tate brought up the case of internet platforms like YouTube banning Jones, the far-right conspiracy figure who was ordered to pay nearly $1.5 billion to families of Sandy Hook victims over his lies about the 2012 deadly massacre.
“You don’t have to agree with everything Alex Jones says. I like Alex Jones,” Tate said on Sunday’s episode...

Outsted Fox News star Tucker Carlson will appear in his first major public event since his April canning on Friday, when he hosts an Iowa presidential forum presented by Blaze Media.
Carlson will speak one-on-one with five candidates at what is billed as “The Family Leadership Summit” — Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, former Vice President Mike Pence, South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott, former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley, entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy and former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson. The talks start at 10 a.m.
Former President Donald Trump, the frontrunner for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination, is not slated to appear. Neither is former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, the candidate who has been the most critical of Trump on the campaign trail.
Following the forum, Carlson will appear on a special episode of “Glenn TV,” for what is being billed as “an intimate conversation” with another former Fox News host, Glenn Beck.
