The shows its self is quiet funny and when the questions are being said is great for the whole family. The host however is horrible and he isn't funny at all, the show would be a whole lot better with pretty much any other host, as Jim Jeffries just insults the contestant for no reason with no humour aspect at all. If this show survives his horrible hosting and gets a second season I can only hope that they scrap Jim Jeffries and hire someone like Andy Lee or Hamish Blake instead. The at episode 3 the questions are starting to feel repetitive and don't seem to be rated correctly as some of the hardest questions have been easier than the questions that most people get and.

The show is a great concept and can be very enjoyable if watching the UK version, but, the host Jim Jefferies on the Australian version he is too over the top, offensive, rude and, most of the time, not so funny at all. It's quite obvious that some contestants are offended by some of his insulting comments during the show and I don't blame them.

I for one have stopped watching the Australian show and started watching the UK version with Lee Mac, he is so much better and not offensive. He dosent need to refer or imply sexual suggestions or take aim and be offensive toward behavioural conditions or other stereo type professional, ethnic or racial backgrounds. I am not alone in my opinion and found through discussion that many of my close friends and family are of the same opinion and stopped watching the show because of Jim Jefferies.

Channel 7, please, please, PLEASE, find another host, this show could be so much better without Jefferies as the host. There are so many other great Australian show hosts to choose from that could easily fill the spot without the confronting nature that Jeffries applies to his supposedly funny lines.

To name a few, Tom Gleeson, Peter Hellier, Jackie O, Charlie Pickering, Andy Lee, Kitty Flanagan Ed Kavalee, Grant Denyer and many more could do a better job.

Change the host and lift the ratings to an 8 star of above with the right host. It has the potention to rate a lot higher than it does.

Though a quiz show I have not laughed so much in ages. Jim Jefferies is by far the most successful Australian comedian globally so strange to read reviews claiming he is unfunny. Though he is very much old school, pre PC. Reminds me of the belly laughs TV provided in the 1970s and 80s.

The quiz itself is great fun. Compete with family. Questions are not based so much on knowledge, but on logical thinking. Similar to IQ type questions. They start with easy questions then progressively get harder.

If you want a staid host for quiz shows, maybe give it a miss but if you enjoy a bit of cheeky humour give the show a go.

I was looking forward to this show. It's not a straight out knowledge based show like The Chase, it's also about using common sense as well. When I watch the Australian version, I just want Jim Jeffiers to shut up with his stupid jokes. It's so hard to concentrate and think of the answers when with him yapping away nonstop. His voice is irrating. The only way you can enjoy this is to the TV on MUTE and turn on the subtitle.

The British version is so much better. The host is Lee Mack is a way better comedian and a more suitable host for the show.

I hope channel seven will change the host. If not this season, the next season.

Great concept for a game and very reliant on the choice of compete to make or break it. I personally like Jim Jeffries as a comedian and in this show he is very risqué with fast one liners He does get away with a bit for the time slot but I doubt many kids are watching anyhow.

I can see some people with no sense of humour may not like him but I guess you dont have to watch it. He can be annoying talking through the questions if you are actually playing the game. Show is a great check on your IQ and very funny. It beats all the other channels in the tv ratings so it must be doing something right.

The game show is entertaining with unique questions that challenge viewers to solve/answer questions (at least that's the case with the British version with Lee Mack as the host). The Australia version is spoiled by the Jim Jeffiers who loves his own voice and couldn't stop telling terrible jokes. You couldn't thinking straight with his yapping away nonstop. It's cringeworthy. He won't give you a moment of peace, let alone quiet time so you can work out the answer to the question. I really like to give a go at the questions, but it's too hard to concentrate having Jim's annoying voice in the background.

This show makes me laugh out loud, Jim pretty much says what he wants and it's pretty funny, he takes the piss out of the contestants, out of the questions, about everything really, it's fun to watch him host this show with this approach, the questions are easy things from the start and then gets harder, but they can be more creative though with the questions, they do have a similar style, and also they should leave the questions up on the screen longer so the people at home can play along too, but overall I like this show though, but I'm biased I've been a JJ fan for years and love his IDKAT podcast and this show is just him being himself and it suits.

Jim Jeffries treats this game show as if it's his own talk show. I tune into this show thinking it will be the same as the British version. While the game format is the same, the Australia host is a complete jerk who can't stop talking. He thinks he is so funny but all he does is put people down in a really demeaning way.

Worst of all, he talks throughout the show. You get 30 seconds to answer the question and he doesn't seem to understand that people want to think about the question rather than listen to his moronic babble.

I was going to try muting the TV and read the subtitles, but then channel 7 will never change the host thinking they choose the right host.

Luckily we do get the British version of the 1% club with Lee Mack as the host on channel 8 Eden (NZ), so I'll just watch that.

Lightly unfiltered and censored compared to regular family game shows. People please remember, the world is not full of sunshine and daisies.

His crowd work is good and even the participants feel like they can let loose a little.

Breath of fresh air for a game show and the questions are even better with a range of knowledge to riddled type questions

Also, I think he purposely talks to throw people off their game. People are caving under pressure by the sounds of it hahaha.

The concept of this show isn't bad but this version of it is terrible (as opposed to the UK one with Lee Mack). Jim Jeffries is painfully unfunny and uncouth and most of the show is just inane chit-chat between him and the contestants. The only interesting part is the questions themselves but after watching a few shows even they are becoming a little too formulaic. Add to all that the slow drawn-out 'suspense' of finding out how many people got the latest question right. I record this hour long show now so I can fast forward through all the tedious & boring bits to get to the questions - it takes less than 10 minutes to watch that way.

The UK version of this show is MILES better because Lee Mack is the host and he's pretty cool. Jim Jeffries is the opposite of Lee Mack. He always sounds inebriated and most of his jokes are incredibly stupid. He acts like he is in character and supposed to be playing someone's drunk uncle in a bad Judd Apatow movie. I cringe whenever he talks to any of the contestants because I know he is going to say something obnoxious and/or embarrassing. I put him on mute all the time. Who green-lighted this guy? Someone must have owed someone a favour.

I feel really bad railing on him like this, I am sure he is a perfectly nice guy in real life, but he is not a good fit for this show.

I enjoy the quizzes, the concept is interesting and gets the brain working but the host is sleazy and uses humiliation and putdowns as comedy which is lazy and off putting. Putting people down beacuse of the sex, name or age is not needed. A true comedian host would not need to resort to that. He also talks about sexual themes (eg wanking) at a family friendly time slot. I dont watch it because of host and wont watch it until the host is changed. Revamp it with a new host and I would watch it. Channel 7 please change the host and more people will watch and the ratings will go up and I will watch again until then no go for me.

This is a great premise of a show and the questions are fun to answer as a family on a Sunday night. We first saw this show in London and were really excited to see an Australian version was going to be aired. Unfortunately, we stopped watching when all the host was doing was introducing smutty, sexual inuendo with the contestants. There is no need for that at 7pm on a Sunday night when people are looking for fun, family viewing with an intellectual twist. What audience are they trying to reach? The people watching Bravo are already watching their reality shows, the people looking for some housewives are watching their choices, where is the option for people who want something different? Our family will stop watching now, such a shame and waste of a potentially good show.

The rolling pictures weren't continuous or showing every single one until after thus how may genuinely try.

The first time you have a problem is if you're going through the process and you're going to get the job you want you need a lot more thankyou and have fun and I hope you're having fun with the rest your day is the most beautiful thing in my world I hope you're enjoying yourself why don't we go for coffee or a coffee and just go for the beach or whatever we want we don't need a car to be there but I just don't know how to drive it or how much I just want you know how to do that so you can do that I just want you can why not.

Watching tonight and you asked a colour question, well I failed as I'm colour blind. Please consider our disability. We struggle and failed after the 3rd question 😪 20/03/24. We love this game show and this needs to be reflected on as mytwin sister and I would love to be contestants. Sis lives in Warrnambool, Victoria and I live in Redcliffe in Brisbane. Its rare for a females to be colour blind. Why do we have to put so many sentences in the review to submit it. 😫 so frustrating 😑 and appears to be a avoidance tactic for others to submit a review 🙄.
