It looks like Timothy Olyphant shall be the chosen one.
The Hitman star is set to voice the terse, redoubtable Terminator – the epic character once portrayed by Arnold Schwarzenegger in the Terminator franchise – in the forthcoming anime series, Terminator Zero.

While replacing the legendary 76-year-old star is no short of a mammoth feat, fans seem to be excited about Olyphant’s casting as the voice actor for the cyborg assassin. At least half of the pressure must be alleviated for him after having secured the fandom’s support, and as for the other half, we’ll soon find out.

European TV distributors are weighing up the impact of the global streaming reset — and a key challenge is explaining the value of content to producers and global streamers.
In an opening Meet the Distributors session featuring French firms Newen Studios, Studiocanal, Mediawan Rights and Oble, Austria’s Orf Enterprises and Germany’s Bavaria Media here at Seriencamp in Cologne, the topic of how content is priced internationally a key theme.
Charles Toubout, Head of Content at Mediawan Rights, said he had been approached about a European project whose first season was financed through an all-rights deal with a global streamer. Newen’s investment was sought to fill gaps in the budget and get a second season into production, with the streamer keen to keep the show in some territories, but also unwilling to fully finance it. “It is more an adjustment of value,” he said.

Ostensibly a big-screen reboot of the 1980s television series of the same name, “The Fall Guy” is actually director and former stunt performer David Leitch’s love letter to both his wife, producer Kelly McCormick, and the undersung art of stunt work — only not always in that order.
Working closely with screenwriter and executive producer Drew Pearce, who previously scripted his “Fast and the Furious” spinoff “Hobbs & Shaw,” Leitch creates a clearinghouse of gobsmacking stunts (some truly record-breaking) while chronicling the tumultuous relationship between veteran stunt man Colt Seavers (Ryan Gosling) and first-time director Jody Moreno (Emily Blunt). It’s quick-witted (and quick-footed) fun that bridges multiple generations of Hollywood moviemaking, melding together rom-coms and bombastic action into one blockbuster package.
Since making his screenwriting debut on Shane Black’s “Iron Man 3,” Pearce has developed an aptitude for conceiving stories that maintain a singular yet cohesive tonal balance.

Marvel Studios has several projects in the making bound to be released over the course of the next few years. Despite Iger’s recent comments that the studio should focus on quality over quantity and ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ being the only movie to release in 2024, they see no signs of stopping.
Now that the strike has cleared up, there are some projects that have been stuck in development hell for quite some time now, and some projects that need to be rushed in order for the MCU timeline to make sense without too many edits. It’s time for these projects to move on with the production.
One of these projects notable to be in development for years at this point is certainly Don Cheadle’s ‘Armor Wars.’ ‘Armor Wars’ was imagined to be a movie based on the comic storyline of the same name, and it was supposed to...

Florence + The Machine have announced a special performance of their debut album, Lungs, in celebration of its 15th anniversary. Entitled “Symphony of Lungs,” the concert is set to go down on September 11th at the Royal Albert Hall in London as part of the BBC Proms classical music festival. It will be aired live on BBC Radio 3.
The concert will see Florence Welch perform the album in full with backing from Jules Buckley and his Orchestra. In addition to its live airing, the performance will be recorded for future broadcast on BBC Radio 1, BBC Two, and BBC iPlayer.
“This album was such a patchwork of a period of time of my messy teenage years and early twenties,” Welch said of the upcoming anniversary show in a press release. “I had no idea what I was doing or where it would go, and a lot of the songs are simply an exhalation of joy.

After the release of Bendy and the Dark Revival back in 2022, fans of Joey Draw Studios’ series are understandably hungry for more. As luck would have it, Joey Draw Studios has enlisted the help of developer Gent Corporation (a not-so-subtle nod to the contracting firm of the same name in the Bendy series) with the release of a brand new entry on Steam with Bendy: Secrets of the Machine. Best of all, it’s free!
Taking a route of mystery this time, there’s little in the way of plot for Secrets of the Machine. The summary on Steam states that you are Subject #131389145, and you’re exploring a series of rooms, and solving the puzzles within. Those puzzles involve you throwing cans at various objects, which in turn unlock new areas and reveal tidbits of lore.
Really, that lore dump appears to be the main purpose of Bendy: Secrets of the Machine.

Back in 2008 the Marvel Cinematic Universe officially began with Iron Man. The film starred an actor who, at the time, was going through uncertain times in his career. In fact he was paid only $500,000 for his role in the film while his co-star Terrance Howard was paid $4.5 million for his role due to recently being nominated for an academy award.
After the film’s positive reception upon its release, Marvel started making other films like The Incredible Hulk, Iron Man 2, Thor, and Captain America, leading up to the first Avengers film in 2012. In just four short years, Downy Jr.’s career turned around, and he became a household name.
The actor would continue to portray the super genius hero in a third solo Iron Man film and appear as a secondary character in both Captain America and Spider-Man movies as well as three more Avengers films. His last official...
