"The Making of Derek" is a 23-minute documentary from 2013, so it will have its 5th anniversary next year. This is a behind-the-scenes feature about the Holden Globe nominated Derek starring Ricky Gervais as the title character and of course it was also created by him. Gervais and other actors are interviewed in here and we find out a bit about the creation of the show and see also some of the best scenes from season 1 I guess. And while I would not say, it was as great as some of the show's episodes, it was still a decent watch. After all, when a show/season consists of only six episodes, then we can be glad about everything else we are getting. Overall, this is a decent watch for fans of the show (like myself), but I don't think it is anything that will get you really curious about it. I cautiously recommend the watch.
