More Focus on Chapman
ajdeadlift17 February 2023
Warning: Spoilers
This episode develops Chapmans Character quite a bit, also Hank proves yet again that he is there to protect the city and the ones that feel the same way about Chicago as he does. He could have made Chapman go away but he helped her.

I like that this episode focuses more on Hank as the one before did give me the impression that we would see more of Upton and the former chiefs son. So I feel like they did a good job on focusing on more than one storyline and when they all come together in the season finale it will be epic and the aftermarth will give them enough material to go another half season, maybe even a whole season.

What I wish they would do before the next season.

I honestly hope they will give him another teenager to foster like he did back when Erin was a teenager, this would give him even more dynamic.

"The Ghost in You"

ASA Chapman is front and centre in this episode, in which Voight - who is summoned to Chapman's office whilst he is having a moment of reflection at Alvin Olinsky's grave; I really miss that character, and how well he and Voight worked together in the early, grittier seasons of Chicago PD - and the team work a case that Voight is hesitant to take because it's a narcotics job.

But Chapman insists, so they do. It is all fairly straightforward to begin with, but as things progress, a few curveballs pop up, and suddenly Chapman's promising career is in some strife.

Torres goes undercover again. Seems like barely an episode goes by without the new guy working a UC job. Benjamin Levy Aguilar continues to impress. The Torres character is great.

A reasonable episode, but not the strongest.
