That's a six-week course. It's £2,000 a day.

A night maid (Michaela Coel) was cleaning a hotel room when she bumped into the dead body of the tenant. Police arrived soon after, looking for evidences; suddenly a mobile phone rang: a costumers call let us know someone would come to complete a deal. The deal involved luxury cars and the two salespeople are car dealers (not properly reliable guys, they resemble drug dealer), used to buy car in a tax-free (VAT) scam. The money went missing and the first person crossed into detective's mind was the victim's fiancée, a naive kind of girl who thought he was an undercover officer. Brooks and Devlin decide to lead the investigation to a different angle: the victim was married with a sick son (he suffered from leukemia) and his family had a desperate need of money to cure him. The father didn't care about the boy at all, having drained all the account money before running away under fake identities.

An exciting episode with a twist ending. Kate Barker is not so heartless as I suppose in the first episode, but justice has to be served regardless district attorney's feelings.
