At the start of the Triassic period Pangea formed the one gigantic continent that was a vast desert except along the coast lines. Then volcanoes erupted and erupted turning the climate from hot and dry to hotter and wet as it rained and rained. Plants grew bigger and dinosaurs grew with them.—David Foss
