Stunning very charming plaintiff Kassandra Duenas appeared too bright to get involved in a shady scheme to profit buying python snakes with a talking out of the side of his mouth pet store owner. There never was a written contract presented or asked for which was surprising. Still very sharp at 80 Judge Judy Sheindlin might of dropped the ball not ever asking if there was one. An episode reminiscent of classic "Judge Judy" showcasing an actual legal dispute. Too often it's boring boyfriend and girlfriend breakups wanting "pots and pans" split up as Judy calls it. Defendant Byran Cho's ever changing story was comical along with his panic bargaining caught on video. Then he conveniently forgets the receipt of the snakes in question. Miss Duenas hopefully learned her lesson not to get involved bankrolling schemes to get rich. Miss Duenas stole the show and the tears didn't hurt. Never discussed if plaintiff
and boyfriend were prosecuted breaking a tank and taking snakes thus involving police arrests or charges dropped. Whitney Kumar adds a lot with her charm. Sarah Rose presented an interesting chambers post case summary as usual.
