Aside from the over-use of flashbacks(including Summer remembering something she didn't witness)and the contrived way Summer goes straight to the file on Paul's actions, this is pretty good.Summer's actually great here, showing a healthy amount of curiosity and a willing to put everything she's wanted on the line for the greater good, with her righteous indignation for once well-placed.Her convincing Susan to do the right thing and showdown with Paul are hugely enjoyable, topped only by Susan bringing Paul's house of cards crashing down at the end.
There's also a nice use of Kyle, who gets another rare scene with Summer before proving a surprisingly effective big brother figure to Andrew. The sudden reappearance of Andrew's license plate could use a bit more explaining too.
