A bad script ensures failure

Two clunkers from Pure Taboo have endings guaranteed to annoy. They're not bad on purpose, but what's the difference when you're dealing with ineptitude?

Title segment is strictly shaggy-dog storytelling -boy do I hate that! Seth Gamble visits Kenna James seeking some matchmaking, not for marriage but for dating, as he's soured on dating apps and doesn't dig the old-fashioned bar scenes. In an endless series of scenes lasting 15 minutes she keeps asking questions for his profile to present to the ladies, and he finally gets exasperated with her. There's no suspense at all here, as she finally admits that she's considered herself the perfect girl for him and Seth begrudgingly humps her. After his money shot the ending is one big nothing. Just terrible.

Other vignette is titled "Trust the Process", a lousy concept that's botched in execution. The description written on the DVD back liner includes key information missing from the scene presented on-screen -just awful! In any event we have Vanna Bardot waiting for a verdict in the case involving Emma Jade. Vanna's convinced that a juror, observing his behavior in court, is likely to be the holdout siding with the accused guy rather than Emma, so she concocts a harebrained scheme: she'll seduce him and convince him to go along with the others and find in her favor.

So she pretends to accidentally bump into him, flatters him like crazy and easily seduces him. Her bribe is to invite him over for the weekend to a cottage owned by her parents. After his cum shot, he agrees and that means no holdout, but a quick wrapup to the verdict. The end. What, no plot twist? No nothing.
