- This is a coming-of-age film: It's all about one teen girl's desire to have her first coital experience on acceptable terms, aided somewhat by her more experienced friend as "wingman." So, sexual situations and conversations make up a large part of the film, including considerable explicit sex and nudity involving teenagers.
- A girl asks a boy if he has ever watched porn. Later she is caught watching porn on TV. For five or ten seconds we hear and see the TV image on the other side of the room, extremely grainy but obviously showing repeated penetration.
- A man and woman are overheard having sex by his daughter.
- Two girls peek at one's dad in the shower, no nudity shown.
- One girl starts to perform fellatio on a guy in a car. Later, a girl picks up a random guy in a bar and is implied to perform fellatio on him; we only see her kneeling before the scene ends.
