Excellent depiction of Sapphic schemers
lor_14 July 2017
The 9th volume of this top-notch Girlfriends Films series benefits greatly from the attention to characters and interrelationships, two elements often sloughed off by the leading lesbian label in its never- ending pursuit of "sexy scenes". To this end, several NonSex roles are included by prominent actresses to fine effect.

Show opens with little cutie Sensi Pearl practicing classical runs on the piano, proving her musical ability (like Sam Ryan in other Girlfriends shows) with live sound recording of her work.

She's up to no good in this segment, romancing both the delicious Vanilla DeVille and Prinzzess. There are many characters with lots of baggage and surprising relationships to each other, turning out to be far more stimulating and dramatic than the recent spate of incest sagas from Girlfriends' latter-day competitors in the all-girl marketplace.

One of the best scenes has Prinzzess and Sensi teaming up to corrupt innocent Lily Carter, with interesting role-playing and their proselytizing for the Sapphic life-style. Incest fans should enjoy the mantra of this encounter, "Mommy sex is best".

The subtitle of Episode 9 is "Roommates" and that plot device is well- handled to introduce various flies into the ointment. Chief among these is guest star Aryana Augustine, the busty beauty who moves into Julia Ann's home to help defray expenses. Both of these wonderful actresses have key assignments here, but no sex.

Finale brings in the A-team in the form of Zoey Holloway, expert in her domination of young Hayden Hawkens in a powerful older/younger vignette that dovetails well with the soap opera preceding.
